The Yellowstone Risk Management Library has been compiled over the past 20 years. Risk Management education, policies and procedures, packets of information, among other numerous Yellowstone services and resources are a click away. This valuable resource has been a popular mainstay of the many Risk Management resources available exclusively to our membership.
Credentialing
Strong and thorough credentialing practices are essential to protecting patients, delivering high quality medical care, and protecting the goodwill of healthcare organizations in the communities they serve. The comprehensive service we provide includes all of the modules needed to streamline and automate the credentialing process. Yellowstone's Provider Education Program is a resource where doctors and other practitioners can review Yellowstone curated courses designed to improve their knowledge on a wide array of topics to help in the safe delivery of medical care.
Risk Management
Our Risk Management team is dedicated to improving quality care and decreasing the likelihood of a claim. Education is a key element in reaching these goals. Our specialists conduct onsite visits to evaluate your health care organization and make recommendations to enhance your risk management program. In short, our Risk Management helps transform information into solutions and makes consulting, data management and training resources available at no additional cost to the membership.

Claims Management
No one likes surprises. So unlike many insurance carriers, Yellowstone does not act without your knowledge. You will be involved in the claims process from start to finish, every step of the way. We strongly believe in protecting our members and the communities they serve.
We understand the importance of protecting your community as well as your reputation. Clearly, some claims have no merit. Should a claim occur, our experienced claim staff carefully evaluates the circumstances, establishes ongoing communication with the member, and form a comprehensive plan for every step of the claims process.
