Yellowstone Insurance Exchange, RRG brings forward looking risk management to its members clients to prevent liability claims and comprehensive claim services to contain costs once a claim occurs. These proactive management practices bring stability to the cost of insurance over the long-term.

Risk Management is a key element in containing the cost of liability insurance. Our risk management specialists conduct periodic onsite visits to evaluate your health care organization and make recommendations to enhance your risk management program.

Claims Management is designed to support the member in the event of a claim.  Should a claim occur, the experienced claim staff carefully evaluates the circumstances, establishes ongoing communication with the member, and begins a comprehensive process designed to prevent the payment of claims without merit and to contain the cost of legitimate claims consistent with fair and ethical industry practices.  No one likes surprises so unlike many insurance carriers, Yellowstone does not act without your knowledge.

Newsletters and Publications are delivered to members to address the risk management issues important to community hospitals.  These publications build on the expertise of the exchange members and on the collective experience of the group in order to provide “real-life” information that members can use in their daily operations. Seminars and Training workshops are conducted by the risk management staff and other instructors including members and industry experts such as attorneys during the year.   An annual conference for Risk Managers is held each year in conjunction with the membership meeting which provides an opportunity for peer networking and education.  Upcoming Seminars >>>>
